Susanne Wilhelm
has successfully accomplished the ada Fellowship program 2021 with gold honors – a 12-month future-skills program for key employees of leading companies from all fields of business, politics and public administrations.
The participants have gained a significant understanding of key technological trends and the fundamental technical concepts behind them. They have been trained in new working methods and enhanced their digital transformation leadership skills. They can transfer this skillset to their day-to-day work and are equipped to successfully lead innovative projects in the digital age.

Award Criteria
→ completed more than 24 hours of online learning material
→ completed self-assessments at the beginning and at the end of the fellowship to measure their transformational
mindset (mental resources such as optimism, self-efficacy, and resilience)
→ participated in at least one high-level tech conference and connected with leading digital experts
from around the world
→ transferred their knowledge and contributed to the community by sharing and discussing their experiences with a
diverse fellowship group in community events
→ worked intensively on the Future Lab to design a future product, service or cultural innovation in small
cross-organizational (or intra-organizational) lab groups and spent at least 30 hours collaborating on a
practical and validated idea that is tested within the organization
